Kahāra was created from a deeply personal journey.
After years of struggling with severe gut issues — and a life-changing health crisis that reshaped how I understood balance and wellbeing — I returned to the body’s centre: the gut.
In that process, I discovered chicory.
What began as a simple support for digestion became a daily ritual — one that brought calm, gentle energy, and a renewed sense of connection to myself. From that ritual, Kahāra was born.
